gi_9 is an MP@ML bitstream created for the Video Conformance Testing AHG,
for the "Prediction Bandwidth" test. 

Parameters are the following:

Bitstream ID       : 1.
Description        : Frame Coded Picture, B-directional macroblock
                     predictions in field mode, reconstructed motion vectors
                     have 1/2 pel coordinates for Y,Cr and Cb. m=5.
Stresses           : Prediction bandwidth.
Justification      : Field MB predictions in frame pictures have the
                     largest prediction bandwidth overhead.
Parameters         : Main Level, 16 frames
Organization       : GI.

Bit rate           : 14,999,600 bits/sec 
Sampling 
dimensions         : 720  x 480 x 30 Hz
