advertise30M.pss is the first 30MB of the 100MB advertise.pss, from the PS2 game ICO.
.pss is MPEG-2 with some sort of ADPCM audio.
mplayer -correct-pts plays it with major artifacts.
mplayer -no-correct-pts plays it then finds an audio track it can't play after the first 20MB:

I think the right DAR is 720x480 => 720x528 rather than 720x480 => 720x540.
