The file VQdecode.dll is part of the KODAK DVC325 Digital Video Camera Driver
Update for WINDOWS Systems (dd0764.exe) freely available from:

as well as several other locations.


The installation file VQdecode.inf is written by SMB and is released into
the public domain. Use entirely at your own risk.


The purpose of this download is to allow videos encoded in this format to be
viewed or converted by users who do not have a DVC325 and do not need and
cannot use the drivers included in the package from Kodak. I do not 
recommend VQC1 or VQC2 for use outside of this purpose, as there are better,
more easily obtained codecs for use in video capture, such as Huffyuv:

  To install, extract into a temporary folder, right-click on VQdecode.inf
    and choose 'Install'

  To uninstall, select 'Kodak DVC325 Digital Video Camera CODEC driver' in
    Add/Remove Programs and press 'Change/Remove'
