NTVstream8192.ts contains output from dvbstream -o:NTVStream8192.ts 8192 from the new Norwegian DVB-T network sending h.264 inside the DVB-T transport. Some of the pids are encrypted, but the NRK2 channel should at least be open. Playback in MPlayer gives Faad errors like this:
