This example, WMV9Drifting.asf, was created using mplayer mms://blahblahblah -dumstream -dumpfile xxxx.

This is a live stream, encoded using Windows Media streaming software.

You'll notice that the keyframes look great, but then the deltas drift around the screen.

Audio doesn't sync, but that's a different issue.
