There are two files uploaded:

AVSFileFormat.mp4 is claimed to be in AVS1-P9 format which looks
  very much like ISO 14496-12
AVSFileFormat.es contains the same video stream in ES format, i.e.
  with 0x000001 start codes. This makes it easy to find the elementary
  chunks of this file in the previous file for example in a hex editor
