The files in this directory are compressed and decompressed with Covox's ADPCM formats.
The *.wav files are the original source files. The .V8 files are coded in Covox's format
in 8-bit PCM. The .V2S, .V3S, and .V4S files are compressed with 2-, 3-, and 4-bit
ADPCM formats, respectively.

The files in uncompd/ have the results of decompressing the .V?S files with the
included CONVERT.EXE tool.

The CVXLIB.ZIP has a binary-only library for processing these ADPCM formats with C
source code for interfacing to the binary.
